Our Service

Quality Control

bacteria-7116413We ensure all necessary precautions are taken in the removal and storage of infected/soiled curtains.

We maintain designated clean and soiled areas at our premises where access is strictly controlled. All our staff are fully trained in hospital procedures when on site or in the laundry.

All our procedures comply with code HSG [95]18 and regular inspections are conducted by HSE health and safety officers to ensure continued compliance. All curtain procedures destroy contamination and infection, including MRSA / CDIF.  Our processes support hospitals in meeting latest good practice as contained in HACCP requirements.

Also, within the organisation every one of our staff works to ensure there are no defects in service. Our testing and quality assurance is very strict: if there are any defects they are immediately identified before reaching the customer.

Process Validation

We are fully compliant with the NSAI guideline EN14065;2002 that ensures we provide Process Validation. This ensures that

Screen Shot 2015-12-02 at 11.18.58each wash cycle is tested by the machine to ensure laundry is free from decontamination. When level of decontamination is achieved the machine prints a ‘validation certificate’ for evidence of documentation.  If validation fails we repeat process until full decontamination is achieved.

Unlike H.C.H.S Ltd, many laundries do not offer Process Validation and do not comply with the EN14065;2002.

Punctuality & timely delivery is the soul of our business. Prompt delivery is another important area why our customers respect us.
